Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown
Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department in a restaurant or hotel. The manager will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the financial performance of the department. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and products Manage and train staff members Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor and maintain inventory levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage financial performance by monitoring expenses and revenue Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
