Under minimal supervision of the Center Manager, the Job Developer will work independently to: * Conduct individualized employment-readiness assessments and create individual employment plans for each assigned client; * Document clients' progress in the organization database; * Collect employment data, research employment retention, and publish internal reports with said information; * Conduct job preparation, job retention and financial literacy classes; * Participate in community events; * Network with community agencies and members for employment and training opportunities; * Establish and oversee job preparation and computer skills training resources; * Provide appropriate referrals for clients; * Arrange for client placement in vocational and educational training. * The incumbent may also be required to provide receptionist and clerical duties, as well as providing general customer service to all who enter the facility. * Other job related duties as assigned.
