Responsibilities: * Research legal requirements, and manage licensing and compliance required for various product offerings based on federal and state laws * Research local laws and regulations in China * Conduct thorough contract reviews, ensure we maintain compliance with various laws and regulations including state insurance, finance and data privacy laws * Draft and review agreements with partners and vendors * Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Jerry's legal and compliance policies and procedures to effectively manage legal and business risks Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from a competitive program; graduate degree is a plus * Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) * Strong ability to quickly synthesize and apply new information * Impeccable attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills * A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Jerry is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
