Position Compensation Range: $141,169.60 - $225,867.20 Annual MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Pharmacy degree required (Masters and/or Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Master's degree must be obtained within 4 years of hire or transfer. Experience: Minimum 3 years progressive experience in pharmacy practice and pharmacy management. Specialized residency training in pharmacy administration will be considered in lieu of experience. Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
