Key job responsibilities - マーケティングメトリクスの分析、予測値の作成、またそれに基づくテストやリサーチの実施に責任を持つ - 目標とレポートを作成して管理し、コンバージョン指標トラックして問題を特定し、改善の機会に対応できるようにする - マーケティングマネージャーやプロダクトマネージャーなどの関連する社内チームメンバーと協力しながら、ツールやプロセスによる効率の向上、SOPの簡素化、販売者の教育コンテンツの改善、登録におけるブロッカーの特定など、複数の出品者に利益をもたらす可能性のある改善点を特定して拡大します。 - 出品者のエクスペリエンス、パフォーマンス、運用負荷に関する優先順位付けとトレードオフを管理します。 - 国内外のチームとベストプラクティスを学び、共有する。 - 社内外の主要な利害関係者との連絡を取り合い、定期的なコミュニケーションを維持する。
