is a top labor contractor in the construction industry, providing skilled tradesmen to support client teams. **Job Summary** We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team. This role involves managing project documentation, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage project documents, including submittals and RFIs. - Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and problem-solving. - Maintain logs for change orders and documents. - Oversee subcontractor contracts and ensure timely submittals. - Monitor contractor progress and address issues. - Prepare project reports and assist with payroll. - Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle is a plus. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. ** Working
