Responsibilities Reporting into our HR Portfolio Manager, the Solution and Release Manager oversees the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of multiple HR solutions within a specific HR program portfolio. This role involves managing the lifecycle of these solutions, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment with strategic HR objectives. The Solution and Release Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, Solution Design Leads, and Agile Coaches to deliver high-quality HR solutions and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, this role manages Solution Design Leads and leads cross-functional squads by influencing them to achieve program goals. The Incumbent Will assume the following responsibilites: Program Portfolio Management * Manage a portfolio of HR solutions within a specific HR program (e.g., Culture and Engagement, Workforce Sustainability and Talent Acquisition, Performance and Development, Employee Value Proposition). * Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align with strategic HR objectives and business needs. * Prioritize initiatives within the program portfolio based on their impact and strategic value. * Provide recommendations on solutions based on market trends & best practices * Craft a long-term strategy with a holistic view, addressing the most significant and ongoing challenges. Solution Development and Roadmapping * Lead the design and development of HR solutions within the program portfolio, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and scalable. * Create detailed solution roadmaps and user stories that guide the development and implementation process. * Identify opportunities for enhancing existing solutions or developing new ones to meet emerging needs. * Conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of industry technology to identify the most feasible & sustainable solutions Solution Lifecycle and Release Management * Oversee the lifecycle of HR solutions from conception to deployment and ongoing support. * Plan and manage the release of HR solutions, ensuring timely and coordinated deployments. * Ensure solutions are continuously improved and updated to meet evolving business requirements and improve customer experience. * Work closely with the Director of Solution and Improvements to align solution design and release plans with overall program goals and strategies. * Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Agile Squads to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of solutions. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate different perspectives and expertise into the solution design and deployment process. Continuous Improvement * Implement continuous improvement practices within the solution design and deployment processes, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. * Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to drive iterative improvements and optimize solutions. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of HR solutions continually. * Actively monitor the impact and effectiveness (value delivered) of the solutions implemented. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication * Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements. * Communicate effectively with senior management and other key stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and achievements. * Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning through transparency & expectation setting. * Empower project team members by equipping them with robust frameworks, clear guidance, and ongoing support. This fosters a collaborative environment that eliminates silos, redundancies, and inconsistencies, leading to a more streamlined and efficient workflow. Team Leadership * Manage and mentor Solution Design Leads, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. * Lead cross-functional squads by influence, ensuring collaboration and alignment with program goals. * Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR solution design, project management, or a related role. * Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with a track record of successful solution design and implementation. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Demonstrated Global Continuous Improvement experience that will influence and drive change and standardization throughout all functions globally throughout MSA * Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Proficiency in agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. * Preferred Candidate Identified*
