We're looking for an Influencer Relations Manager who is passionate about bolstering and expanding that relationship, championing the voice of both our players and content creators alike, and of course, having fun. What does an Influencer Relations Manager at CIG do? * Support our Community and Growth Marketing teams in developing our global content creator strategy for Star Citizen and Squadron 42. * Work closely with internal teams across Community, Publishing, Marketing and more to support effective global campaigns * Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners for both paid and organic campaigns * Help establish and manage our community-centric partner program * Develop influencer strategies and manage their execution through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, as well as for major content pushes * Work closely with influencers and content creators to ensure their support surrounding major announcements, launches, and key beats to ensure information and materials are properly distributed * Cultivate and grow a strong and diverse group of creators across numerous platforms and disciplines * Support the events team in the planning and execution of creator-focused events, both digitally and in-person What do we look for, for an Influencer Relations Manager? * Previous experience working professionally in the influencer/content creator field * Experience working with developers and presenting complex concepts in an easily understood, player-friendly manner * Extensive knowledge of video games and the influencer/content creator space * Detail-oriented and driven to organize and re-prioritize tasks and decisions under regularly shifting requirements and deadlines * Very organized with excellent time-management skills Pay Range This position's expected annual salary range (not inclusive of other benefits) for candidates located in or relocating to Los Angeles is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered to a successful candidate may vary depending on individualized factors including job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. Additionally, CIG offers a generous benefit package to eligible employees including health benefits, paid time off, and both short- and long-term incentives (all subject to the terms of the individual programs).
