In this pivotal role, you will guide prospective and current students through their financial aid journey, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to unlock their potential and make a Hult education attainable. Key Responsibilities: * Advising & Guiding Students: Serve as a trusted financial aid advisor, providing personalized support to students and families throughout their financial aid process, from application to disbursement. * Financial Aid Counseling: Educate students on available financial aid options, including scholarships, grants, loans, and payment plans. Offer insightful, student-centered advice to help them make informed financial decisions. * Financial Literacy Empowerment: Equip students with essential knowledge and skills to manage their finances responsibly, ensuring they feel confident navigating the financial aspect of their Hult experience. * Application Assistance: Guide students through the financial aid application process (FAFSA, CSS Profile, etc.), ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines. * Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal financial aid regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student's financial aid file. * Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with admissions, student accounts, and academic teams to create a seamless student experience, ensuring financial aid solutions align with each student's academic journey. * Proactive Student Engagement: Develop and implement outreach initiatives to connect with students regarding financial aid updates, deadlines, and new opportunities for assistance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Experience in financial aid, student accounts, or related field in higher education preferred * Familiarity with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations and guidelines * Strong computer skills, including knowledge of financial aid management systems Why Join Hult?
