As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following: * Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists. * Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports. * Coordinating activities to meet project objectives. * Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. * Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned. * Providing support for large projects. * Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. * Understanding. Creating. Simplifying. * Other duties as assigned.
