Paid internship - Wärtsilä Voyage d.o.o. Belgrade We are excited to share with you an opportunity to join our paid internship program at Wartsila Voyage d.o.o. Beograd. We are looking for innovative, curious, and solution-oriented students who want to develop and create change through innovation in technologies and services. Join us if you: * Are a final year student or master's student at PMF, Faculty of Physics, or ETF. * Have a basic level of knowledge of math and basic understanding of physics. * Want to learn and apply all the knowledge acquired in the programs: * Python * C++ * Fluent English * Knowledge of algorithms and experience with Linux is a plus As a Mathematical Modeler Trainee in a large global company, you will gain the following experience and skills: * Development of optimization algorithms, as well as related automatic tests for the developed algorithms. * Research and modelling of various processes related to shipping and optimization. * Documenting the developed solutions. * Participation in agile software development processes: planning, analysing requirements, reviewing results. The internship program will start in July - August 2024 and will last for 6 months, partly working time.
