The Digital Marketing Coordinator is tasked with leading the strategy and execution of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. This role requires managing multifaceted digital marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution, aligning them with organizational goals and market demands. As a member of the Beck's Family of employees, all full-time employees are eligible for a generous benefits package: * Health benefits including two medical plan options and company HSA contributions, dental, vision, employer paid life/AD&D for you and your dependents, disability insurance, and access to an onsite Nurse Practitioner * 401k plan match & company sponsored pension plan and access to a Financial Advisor to help you manage your retirement savings * Paid time off, Paid Holidays, Wellness Programs, & Corporate Discounts * Company Christmas Party, Free Lunch, $200 Merchandise Allowance, & Much More Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns that effectively integrate with the company's overall marketing strategy and meet business objectives. * Manage the creation of digital content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing, ensuring consistency and impact in messaging. * Execute and manage SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive engagement. * Utilize marketing CRM (Hubspot) to manage email communications and automations, ensuring targeted and efficient outreach to prospects and customers. * Analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities, using data to inform and optimize future campaigns. * Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to develop and execute targeted paid social media campaigns. * Ensure optimal use of all digital marketing technologies and applications to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts. * Provide comprehensive reports highlighting campaign results and offering strategic recommendations. * Perform other related duties as may be required by the Leadership Team, Digital Marketing Lead, and/or Marketing Communications Manager. Job Requirements 1. Education and training: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy. 2. Technical knowledge: * Expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital marketing software. * Proficient in the use of content management systems and marketing CRM platforms. 3. Experience: * Minimum of three (3) years in digital marketing, with extensive experience in managing digital campaigns, including email marketing and CRM automations. * Strong communication and project management abilities. * Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record in strategic data interpretation and application. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
