As a part of the Technology Risk and Information Security organization, our team is responsible for the Amex Third Party Security program and audit management framework, internal and external audit responses, Information Protection Contract Requirements and Risk Memo management as well as management of third-party security policies and procedures. How will you make an impact in this role? In this position the Senior Information Security Analyst will be focused on the communications of the Third Party Security Program, enhancing and automating aspects of the Sharepoint repository, uncovering integration and streamlining opportunities with other TRIS teams, training and communicating third party security's goal progress and improving program insights to both customers and management alike. Primary Job Responsibilities * Drive program management with the use of tools such as: O365, Qlik, and Budibase. * Enhance repository functionality and integration * Identify and drive opportunities for program integration and process streamlining * Liaising between multiple partners in support groups and operations teams, influencing, negotiating and finding effective solutions. * Drive the evolution of key project metrics to effectively measure progress and value toward the Third-Party Security organizational and company goals. * Build a project tracking tool to report program initiatives and progress. * Build a reporting dashboard to represent the progress towards goals and projects at a glance. * Leads an evolving reporting framework, generates metrics and delivers relevant reports to leadership and internal collaborators. * Partners with internal collaborators to develop, improve, & document processes, and ensure we are delivering on TRIS and enterprise initiatives. * Develops training materials, process flows, and communication plans for socializing efforts to support execution of the Program across the organization. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Basic web design tools HTML, CSS, Javascript * Experience with Microsoft O365, Flow, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps * Experience with Sharepoint Online, site design and tool integration * Experience with scripting languages of JSON and Powershell * Database design experience and SQL * Demonstrated ability to see the interconnectedness of not only key programs within the remit of our own organization but also that of other organizations to unify cross functional team members to deliver common programs and key initiatives * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Validated problem solver with ability to provide in-depth analysis of complex problems, handle risk and make quick decisions. * Maintains a Growth Mindset and intellectual curiosity, while aspiring to challenge the status quo and the team to 'set a higher standard' and drive continuous improvement. * Self-motivated with an eagerness to face new challenges Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
