To learn more about Bonneville and how our local media matters, visit: https://bonneville.com/ Position Overview The Marketing and Promtions Coordinator is a combined role to provide the fulfillment of all marketing, promotional, and sales initiatives. This position will also coordinate off-site station remote broadcasts and events in partnership with the Marketing & Promotions Manager. The ideal candidate must be organized with great attention to detail, energetic, efficient and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines, and bringing a positive attitude to the workplace Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. * This position is an on-site role that requires the employee to work at our Seattle site. What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: * Lead fulfillment of all external station events/remote broadcasts, including event set-up, execution, and tear down of broadcast equipment at Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks games. * Interact with listeners and clients in friendly, professional manner. * Facilitate station contesting and fulfillment of prize distribution in accordance with station policies and rules. * Enter, maintain, and track all in-house prize and winner information, including maintaining prize folders for auditing purposes. * Create winner sheets, contest articles, code words, e-newsletters, and form fills for contests * Work closely with Marketing & Promotions Manager and legal department to prepare contest rules, ensuring rules are up to date on company websites * Create graphics and video for promotional initiatives * Assist writing broadcast and online copy for promotions, partners sales and community initiatives. * Assist in facilitation of contest execution, monitoring lead generation and communicate to sales * Assist with communicating weekly prize and contest information to station staff * Other marketing/promotional duties as assigned by manager and Audience Engagement Director * Assist with Promotional recaps (sales, corporate initiatives) * Execute sales elements for station e-newsletters * Assist with sales support when needed (airchecks, recaps, etc.) * Other administrative sales duties as assigned (prep PPM worksheets, recap and event assistance, etc.) * Serve as front desk coverage when needed Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: * A valid driver license and clean driving record is a must * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs * Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-starter, work well under pressure, and accept responsibility for work while performing under moderate supervision * Must be reliable, responsible, dependable and able to fulfill obligations * Willing to be flexible with work environment; i.e. working outdoors in any condition. * Experience with photo and video editing software a plus * Knowledge of and proficient use of Wordpress a plus Physical Demands * Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively. * Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination. * Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. * Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. * Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation Range $20.00 - $21.50. Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
