Purpose of Position: Support the operation to deliver Superior Guest Service by delivering food/beverages to guests and promptly removing dishes/glasses, cleaning and sanitizing tables after guests leave. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly. Keep the wash area clean and organized. * Deliver food to guests in a timely manner adhering to all company standards. * Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash. * Follows safe food handling and proper hygiene practices. * Adheres to workplace safety standards for operating and maintaining equipment and reports any equipment malfunction to management immediately. * Performs other duties as assigned. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pound cases several times per shift and carries up one flight of stairs. May experience frequent immersion of hands in hot water (every 5 minutes).
