Description Mgr I Network Data - Dental Provider Data Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on the requisition. The Mgr I Network Data is responsible for overseeing dental provider data and staff including day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow management for our National Networks. How you will make an impact: * Oversees all aspects of provider load/audit related to state and federal mandates to support directory accuracy requirements, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with mandates. * Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider inaccuracies and ensures uniform and consistent provider data to support our provider directories and claims processing. * Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluations the performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years management and project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: * Leadership experience in managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in provider data is strongly preferred. * Experience and knowledge of provider data state/federal regulatory findings/filing, mandates and compliance is highly preferred. * Experience and knowledge of data analytics, data management, project management, project execution, process improvement strongly preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills strongly preferred. * Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred. * Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in Excel (data analytics and data management), Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
