Back to the role: What you will do: * Lead creative teams to develop inspiring, strategically driven concepts and campaigns * Manage and mentor other copywriters and creative team members * Provide feedback and guidance across multiple projects and disciplines * Participate in and frequently lead client presentations and new business opportunities * Attend and oversee production shoots when necessary * Be an advocate for the creative department and raising the standards of the work * Build relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for growth * Support recruitment efforts by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates * Set the tone within the department in terms of work ethic, attitude and behavior What you should have: * 7+ years' experience as a copywriter in an agency setting * Portfolio showcasing creative work across advertising deliverables and media * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent management and leadership skills * In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, platforms and trends * Proficient in Figma, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite Valtech: The Experience Innovation Company Technology has remade the way we live, work, and connect.
