About the job In this role, you will leverage your interaction and service design skills to inform a critical growth period for Google Fi Wireless. As a design lead, you will be responsible for driving road maps from early definition through to launches, and partnering with cross-functional leads to create intuitive, scalable experiences across Google Fi's offerings. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. * Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes. * Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements. * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop a clear system for Google Fi's plan portfolio and pricing. * Own and hone several critical user journeys, including dynamic states that customers encounter across the Fi acquisition funnel.
