TITLE: Part time Front Desk Receptionist JOB CLASSIFICATION: Part time, up to 22 hours/week; Non-Exempt JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative support for the agency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform primary reception duties; including answering phones, directing calls and greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner. Maintain visitor and volunteer sign-in logs while on reception duties. * Assist with all agency records to include filing, scanning, electronic document naming and dropping. * Assist with agency satisfaction process to include production of mailing, survey data entry and compiling data. * Receive packages and mail and distribute appropriately. * Download and distribute faxes. * Assist employees with copier usage and issues. * Provide simple typing and administrative support for business manager and Executive Director. * Maintain the lobby and copy/mail room areas. * Work and communicate in a professional manner. * Maintain clean and orderly environment. * All other jobs responsibilities as specified by supervisor. * Familiarize self with and follow Agency Policies and Procedures. * Follow all personnel policies and procedures. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. General clerical knowledge preferred. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office required. MISCELLANEOUS: Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time; reach, bend and/or stoop; lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
