They will consider hiring for the opening at an Associate Planner or Principal Planner position, depending on the applicant's experience, qualifications, etc. The Associate Planner position provides a variety of customer services duties reviewing and processing applications for land use development and planning projects. The Principal Planner position takes more of a lead role in managing the planning program and performing experienced professional and technical work.
