Your responsibilities * Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow. * Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands. * Prioritize safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all. * Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations. * Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals. * Driving Right First-Time performance on batch documentation * Ensure production adherence to production schedule * Responsible for line OEE and waste performance * Balancing priorities maintaining high quality products made efficiently in a safe environment * Supervise 1 to 5 operators during production shift * Schedule Friday-Sunday 4:00pm to 4:30am The experience we're looking for * A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued. * An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols. * Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights. * A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results. * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred * Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements * Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels The skills for success Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Management, Quality control, Employee Management, SAP, Deviation management.
