What you will be doing * Collecting and analyzing data related to our IT service portfolio. * Preparing reports on service performance, for internal quality assurance purposes and for reporting back to customer. * Based on requirements and existing data, building dashboards using PowerBI, to support data visualization and provide insight to relevant decision makers. * Maintaining and updating documentation related to service offerings, including service descriptions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). * Supporting Service Portfolio Managers with calculating service fees and distributing fees to relevant reporting units as part of the service fee process.
