Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in Human Resources or relevant business field. Experience: 10+ years in Human Resources, with a strong preference for experience leading a recruitment team in the energy industry or in either an in-house or RPO service model. Skills: Detail-oriented, knowledgeable of employment law, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, and familiarity with various selection methods Activities Join TotalEnergies as the Head of Talent Acquisition & University Relations and lead our recruitment efforts across the US. In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will include: Drive Recruitment Excellence: Ensure alignment of all recruitment activities, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and execute strategies to enhance hiring processes. Innovate Talent Strategies: Design and implement multi-faceted talent strategies to address immediate and future business needs, build a proactive pipeline of diverse and qualified talent, and identify top candidates through various assessment methodologies1. University Relations: Manage the Intern and VIE Programs, develop campus recruiting strategies, and nurture relationships with faculty, career centers, and students2. Leadership & Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees, manage third-party recruitment agencies, and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives in a highly matrixed organization. Context & Environment This position sits in the shared service organization for the USA providing recruitment activities as a shared service to both internal and external affiliate customers. Direct reports sit on various floors and in some cases are dedicated to the organizations they service. This is a highly matrixed setting with numerous stakeholders and subjects running concurrently. Priorities are frequently shifting, and the incumbent must be agile and able to manage shifting priorities. This position also requires the management of a complex team in a hybrid work environment with a heavy reliance on contractors.
