We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Physical Security Technology to join our Operations team. This role is located in New York City - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:  * Responsible for physical security projects and programs. * Identify and evaluate the efficacy and utility of new technologies.   * Development of physical security technology standards and best practices. * Ensure compliance with various countries regulations and standards (i.e. GDPR) * Manage relationships with security technology vendors and service providers. * Work with internal stakeholders to align security technologies with business needs. * Collaborate with key partners for maintenance and implementation of physical security systems and programs.   * Act as subject matter expert for the technical physical security program. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:  * 10 years of security technology experience in a large corporate or government environment. * In-depth knowledge of CCure and other access control platforms. * In-depth knowledge of Victor video, Genetec, and other video platforms. * Knowledge of video analytic and biometric platforms and tools. * Strong understanding of integration with data analytic tools, HR systems, and 3rd party applications. * Strategic planning and project management (PMP Certification Preferred) * Advanced knowledge of access control and video management systems (Genetec Enterprise Certification Preferred) * Ability to lead and direct global projects. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-starter, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $158,000 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
