Position Summary: We're hiring an Implementation Specialist/Consultant to join our General Merchandise, Home and Pets Team. As an Implementation Specialist/Consultant you will use your project management skills and technical aptitude to implement technical solutions with external customers while working with internal partners. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary. * Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project. * Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products. * May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals. * Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress. * Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. * Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved. Location: This is a hybrid role based in our office in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Our team is onsite two days per week. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience OR 5 years of experience without a degree * Prior ERP, SaaS, EDI, integration, implementation and/or configuration experience * Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with file formats- XML, CSV, etc. * Experience with text editing and data mapping tools * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience * In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality What We Offer: SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.
