Position Overview Join us in the summer of 2025 and help us continue the legacy of fostering creativity, nurturing talent, and celebrating the individual artistic journey at Interlochen. We are seeking capable and passionate Production Lead Audio Technicians who embody our core values and are committed to nurturing young artists. This position is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Interlochen's audio systems which includes Front-of-House and monitor systems, while fully immersing yourself in the unique environment that only a summer camp can offer. What You Get To Do Work in a leadership role for the production crew. Assist in the care and upkeep of audio and PA equipment, including set-up, operation, and maintenance of front-of-house and monitor systems. Providre audio support for Interlochen student productions that include classical, jazz, rock, singer-songwriter and theater, ensuring high-quality audio support. Collaborate closely with Summer Arts Festival guest artists in genres such as classical, jazz, dance, comedy, country, and pop. Past guest artists include Brothers Osborne, Train, Jason Mraz, Jason Isabell, Jewel, Melissa Ethridge, Nickel Creek, Brandi Carlile, and more! Work closely with 2 Lead Lighting Technicians and 1 Lead Video Technician in the day-to-day management of the production crew of 14.
