Our combined faculty currently has strengths in signal transduction, ferroptosis, lipidomic, metabolomics, mouse cancer modeling, autophagy, mitochondrial dynamics, cellular stress response pathways, novel cancer treatments, resistance to targeted therapy, tumor immunobiology, pharmaceutics, and pharmacokinetics. Disease interests span from solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, cancer prevention, and cancer control. The Division of Hematology and Oncology is seeking an IMSTAR Fellow to join our division for two years. Essential Functions * Serve as a Clinical Instructor in basic science bench research through the IMSTAR program. * Minimal clinical time seeing patients for the UC Health system, including UC College of Medicine, UC Medical Center, and other affiliated hospitals. * Other duties, as assigned. Minimum Requirements * Professional Degree: MD, DO, or equivalent. * Board eligibility in Internal Medicine. * Ability to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Medical License and DEA license by the date of hire.
