Job Qualifications * 10+ years' experience of developing world-class customer-facing experiences having more than 100M sessions annually. * 7+ years leading and managing large cross-functional delivery teams. * Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within a large, customer-facing organization. * Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), design systems, and content delivery networks (CDNs). * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including container orchestration with Kubernetes. * Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience driving agile transformations * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation: Annual Salary = $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
