Market Research, Analysis & Forecast - * Analyze demographic data on a local, regional, and national level; * Analyze buying and shopping patterns of current and potential consumers for specific types of products sold on the company's website; * Analyze marketing data and separate them into parts to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts; * Analyze marketing strategies and compare them with those of the company's competitors; * Analyze marketing condition and current industry trends and marketing methods (including search engine optimization, content marketing, social media marketing and email marketing); * Analyze order level structure from different dimensions, perform order structure analysis automation for recommendation system and operation metrics to improve strategy on gaining profit; * Perform detail analysis for Smart Shopping Cart project, provide metrics on add-on item recommendation, set improve algorithm from SKU dimension and customer filing dimension; * Evaluate marketing analysis plans; * Evaluate methods of collecting data relating to customer demographics, preferences, shopping habits, etc.; * Work with Marketing Specialists to evaluate effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and other strategies; * Evaluate methods of measuring customer satisfaction (In-App Surveys, Post-Service Surveys and Email Surveys); * Perform demand forecast using time series (SARIMA) model with machine learning models (Clustering, XGBoosting, Regression combining time series features) on order level and SKU level forecast; * Forecast and track marketing and sales trends with linear and exponential modeling; Defining and Designing Marketing Research Methodology - * Work with marketing specialists to design research methods for evaluating performance of various marketing campaigns based on performance analysis and customer surveys; * Define and design survey methodology, involving quantitative and qualitative survey methods; * Design method to evaluate the result or ROI under different scenarios (worst, average, best); * Design method to measure customer retention rate and other consumption data; Reporting Marketing Development and Support- * Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to prepare reports on data analysis; * Prepare reports on new product marketing strategies and/or campaign plans; * Prepare order forecast report, order structure analysis report, headcount forecast report; * Prepare different reports of findings and present results to management of various departments; and * Support the marketing department in general operations.
