Our Project Manager will lead projects and workstreams, drive efficient process improvements and inspire change to support operational excellence at Champions. They play a pivotal role in aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives and ensuring efficient and effective implementation of processes and strategies to encourage continuous improvement across operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and peers, serving as a key leader and change agent for the operations team on companywide initiatives and provide planning consultation and logistic expertise for upcoming projects * Drive, support and influence the implementation of organizational changes, such as new systems or processes. Develop a deep understanding of field needs to support process improvements and efficiencies, and make recommendations accordingly * Collaborate with senior management to develop and lead operational strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives * Lead and maintain project plans; including documentation, change management, critical issues, meeting facilitation, and status reporting to ensure key achievements are reached * Monitor key performance indicators and data to assess the effectiveness of operational processes, adoption and implementation and make recommendations for improvement * Work with Business partners to create and develop Standard Operating procedures, develop and supervise adoption and implementation plan * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communication or related field * 2 years' experience in operations * Solid Project management and planning experience * Ability to travel up to 20% * Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of programs * Proven proactive leadership and initiative, consistently taking the lead on projects and driving them to successful completion independently * Ability to process and identify gaps and highly skilled in problem solving and priority management * Champions teamwork and works well in a collaborative team environment * Strong presentation, testing and change management skills; listening, verbal and written * Ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment, influencing leaders across multiple levels within the organization Our benefits meet you where you are.
