Pay: $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible) We seek someone ready to take ownership of daily assigned tasks while paying attention to detail and prioritizing essential tasks. The candidate must have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be proficient with a 10-keypad and typing skills. 2 years of accounting experience is also required. Experience at a dealership is preferred. Job responsibilities for this Accounting Clerk include: * Reviewing deal paperwork. * Verifying data between documentation and computer system. * Professionally communicating with dealership personnel to resolve any discrepancies. * Maintaining inventory reserve accounts. * Posting sales commissions for all sales associates. * Ensuring the accuracy of payment information is recorded.
