YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: * Conduct research and development tasks in the field of materials science, powder metallurgy, and component / systems development * Operate equipment used to characterize materials or fabricate components * Execute testing, record data, methods, and observations generated from directed research activities * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. * 3+ years experience working in a lab or production environment * Demonstrated experience with materials characterization methods * U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance WE VALUE: We value candidates who may have one or more of the following skills: * Associate's degree in Science or Engineering * Demonstrated experience in powder metallurgy, process development, rapid prototyping, or thin film coatings * Self-motivated individuals able to work under minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This role will remain open until an offer is accepted.
