We are a passionate, global, and fast-paced team working with several strategic partners and are committed to enhancing the overall agility and survivability of the modern warfighter and tactical operator.PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES The Associate Production Planner will work alongside the planning team to ensure efficiency throughout production and materials to align with Armor goals/targets. The role is also responsible to confirm lead-times and promise dates based on current production plan, material availability and plant capacity. SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES People: Site liaison with Customer service.Site representative for the Open Orders meeting.Works with Planning team to ensure proper flow through production. Process: Assists in maintaining the production plan set out by the Production Planning Supervisor.Responsible for maintaining Orders in SyteLine.Confirm customer order promise dates, lead-time according to available capacity of production and materials.Participates in the annual physical inventory.Assists in preparing/maintaining the mold schedule, product order tags.Assists in maintaining SyteLine accuracy for job orders, customer orders and material accuracy.Participates in the daily tactical meeting.Assists in maintaining the production flow based on the current plan established and reports on any delays in materials or production activity.Prepares production reports.Other duties as assigned. Performance: Updates the provided master schedule with production weekly output to ensure current lead-times.Assist in maintaining SyteLine accuracy. Create job orders to maintain the planned molding schedule. Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements Associate degree is Preferred. 4+ years of production planning/manufacturing experience. Requires self-motivation. Strong communicational skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with MS Windows, especially strong in Microsoft Excel.THE TEAM You will work with a skilled Supply Chain leader, with extensive experience and a team of passionate and driven individuals who are making a difference for our modern-day war fighters, law enforcement, and EMS.
