What You'll Contribute The Senior Associate, Technology Project Management will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of technology projects within our organization. What You'll Do * Assist more senior technology project managers in all aspects of project execution, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. * Coordinate project activities across various teams and departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration. * Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other project-related artifacts. * Monitor project issues, track their progress, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve them. * Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements and adhere to quality standards. * Assist in preparing project status reports, metrics, and analysis to track project progress and identify areas for improvement. What you have Minimum education, skills and experience required. * Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables and documentation. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar applications. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve project-related challenges. Preferred education, skills, and experience. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in supporting technology projects or project management activities.
