Your Responsibilities As a Communications Manager for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL or Chicago, IL, you will... * Focus on planning, managing, developing, and deploying internal strategic communication plans/campaigns on HR topics that help employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired. * Bring a creative mindset with expectations for timely, high-quality communications that align to company brand standards, writing styles, and the enterprise content strategy. * Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in HR and the global communications department while navigating inter-company politics and structures. * Influence creative direction of campaign elements with internal resources or with agencies.
