We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing business teams of Alibaba.com in North America. Ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Alibaba culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Sunnyvale or New York office. In this position you will partner with senior business leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness in North America. You must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility: · Work with NA business team to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth and innovative changes. · Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of NA business team, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits. · Partner with Organization Culture team to plan and execute cultural events and programs to cultivate a positive culture and to celebrate key business milestones. · Connect with all levels of employees to improve work environments and provide feedback to leadership for better influencing the business. · Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.
