Responsibilities: * Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver outstanding service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile. * Leadership and Team Motivation: Inspire and direct your team to uphold the highest standards of quality and service. * Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly and attend to their needs during events. * Effective Communication: Engage with guests about menu options and answer any questions they may have. * Supportive Teamwork: Assist in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times. * Training and Development: Train team members on various service styles, with comprehensive training provided. * Proactive Service: Anticipate guest needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction. * Prompt and Courteous Responses: Address guest requests swiftly and politely. * Event Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and cleanup of events. * Preparation and Cleanliness: Perform preparatory tasks for upcoming events and maintain a clean and safe service area. * Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and personable appearance at all times. * Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
