WSBT has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Lifestyle Production Assistant for our Home Town Living Show! Responsibilities include: * Write stories for daily shows and digital platforms * Conduct research on stories * Gather, write, edit and deliver Lifestyle content * Edit video news/web stories for all platforms * Must be able to lift and carry between 25 and 50 pounds on a regular basis * Operate Deko, Audio, or Camera for our (Morning, Evening, Weekend) Newscast * Prep for newscasts including but not limited to: * Guest Services * Prepare all fonts to air during a newscast * Studio and set preparation * Maintaining studio * Lighting * Tape Editing for newscasts * Other duties as assigned Experience: * Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field preferred * Training will be provided General Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. EEO AND INCLUSIVITY: Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
