About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support testing strategy and tactical testing coordination for user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple teams as part of our contact center as a service (CCaaS) platform migration. In this role, you will: * Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and testing progress. * Lead or participate in driving quality outcomes by supporting technology initiatives for complex business problems. * Contribute to the quality outcome of software changes that are both cost effective and meet the customer needs. * Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of planning and direction to successfully deliver quality outcomes for resolution. * Act as an internal consultant with technology and business groups by using quality tools to assist improving testing processes. * Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide solutions to manage both effort schedules and deliverables. * Coordinate communication and information flow between business, technology teams, and 3rd party vendor partners inclusive of onshore and offshore resources leveraging follow-the-sun working model. * Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate * Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance * Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations * Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans * Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives * Write and review test strategy documents for each functional area of the project. * Review designs to ensure iterative, testable functionality is being delivered. * Facilitate coordinated E2E testing between across multiple SCRUM teams: gather resources, use cases to be tested, data needs, training requirements, and environment needs. * Defect Management - Partnering with internal and external partners on daily defect status meetings * Report testing status updates & strategies to keep testing on track, including writing and reviewing final test summaries. * Begin to embed a culture where automated UAT testing is an integral part of the process, ensuring test cases are automated to facilitate effective, fast, and repeatable testing. * Verify all required SDLC documents are completed, including Test Results Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * 3+ years of testing strategy & coordination of large complex programs, or equivalent * Knowledge and understanding of contact center applications (IVR, call routing, workforce management, quality management, etc.) and the integrated nature of a contact center ecosystem * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) * Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira * Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships Job Expectations: * Ability to work on-site at one of the posted work locations - hybrid work model * This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Available locations: Preferred locations listed below.
