About the Team As part of a rapidly growing, data-centric organization, the Associate Director, Customer Success (Inscape Data + Measurement) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. You will lead a team responsible for creating strong relationships with customers by developing and executing customer engagement programs that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. This individual will be a strategic leader who is ready to show up on day one and reimagine how we service clients. They must be comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders across product, engineering, and business development. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort discussing technical/back-end processes and deep knowledge of the TV measurement and data market. What You Will Do * Own and manage all aspects of the partner relationship including data onboarding, training, relationship development, and contract renewals. * Develop and cultivate strong partner relationships while continually seeking opportunities to showcase VIZIO's value propositions. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success and support initiatives. * Assist the data sales team with prospecting new business and exploring new sales opportunities. * Lead regular partner discussions, develop presentations and status reports. * Contribute to marketing and brand positioning efforts within Inscape. * Effectively communicate customer needs across cross-functional partners to help shape marketing messages and product roadmap. * Define tools and processes that allow internal and external workflows to scale. * Identify new product expansion opportunities to support partner growth objectives. About You * Proven experience (6+ years) of customer-facing and consultative account management experience at an agency, research or digital media services firm. * Experience managing, retaining, and growing revenue within existing customer relationships. * Deep understanding of TV measurement market, customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitors' product solutions. * Experience collaborating with sales on new business opportunities and prospecting. * Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Comfortable managing contract negotiation process. * Entrepreneurial drive, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment. * Able to work in ambiguous situations and be able to take charge and lead the client to the best opportunity for them. * Curious, engaged, and excited to contribute to a collaborative environment. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The maximum salary for this position $198,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
