ABA Behavior Technician

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is urgently hiring for Behavior Technicians! We offer part-time positions in home, school, and community settings in Winnetka, CA, along with comprehensive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Our team of clinical professionals provides continuous career support and advancement opportunities. We encourage students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health to apply today!
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits
Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one
Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training
Job Duties
Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes
Childcare experience required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
