Business Title: Drug Substance Safety Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Type: 12+ months contract

PARKING IS ROUGHLY $420/MONTH

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Drug Substance team for Training related topics in close collaboration with the global and local Drug Substance Managers
• Support the Drug Substance team in the implementation and the follow up of Drug Substance business processes for Quality, EHS and Knowledge Management including follow up compliance to plan for Management Monitoring, Self inspections, follow up and supporting the completion of actions identified, etc...)
• Support DS Development Operations & Strategy team in different continuous improvement initiatives aiming to optimize DS ways of working in various areas (training, EHS, Quality, etc...) and contribute to the implementation in US
• Support the Drug Substance team in the startup of the Cambridge Park Drive labs for the transversal aspects (EHS and Quality)
• Interact closely with stakeholders in supporting departments and the global Drug Substance team
• Provide administrative support to the US Drug Substance team
• Support the local Drug Substance team for issue management

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3+ years of experience
• Pharmaceutical industry background
