AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Human Resources Business Partner YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assisting executives in their roles. * Ensuring and coordinating the smooth operation of all HR-related tasks. * Optimal filling of open positions in terms of quantity, quality, and timing. * Acting as a sparring partner for managers. * Providing professional support for the personnel planning process. * Ensuring company efficiency by addressing current and future competence requirements of employees. * Assisting managers in enhancing and maintaining team performance. * Minimizing risks related to labor law. * Adjusting headcount according to operational needs. * Providing insights and feedback to the company for continuous improvement. * Successfully completing projects with appropriate quality and within set timelines to contribute to the company's success. YOUR PROFILE: * Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 7 years of extensive professional experience across all aspects of Human Resources. * Thorough understanding of labor and social security law, with foundational knowledge of employment tax law. * Proven skills in coaching, training, and facilitation. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy and a strong commitment to confidentiality. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including strong rhetorical skills. * Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. * Strong customer service orientation and dedication to meeting client needs. * Demonstrated capacity for independence and self-motivation. * Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
