Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for assisting the Marketing department with strategy and tactical development for programs that will prepare the company for its first commercial launch. The position will require strong cross-functional collaboration across a wide number of Crinetics business units, as well the management of key external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: These may include but are not limited to: * Launch an unbranded patient campaign and manage the timelines for the tactical executions with creative agencies partners, assist with building out the key performance indicators, and planning the marketing mix with media partners. * Lead the MLR submission reviews for all key marketing materials. * Objectively monitor digital marketing campaign engagement metrics and pro-actively plan for pivots, when necessary. * Manage the project prioritizations with third-party vendor accounts. * Contribute to agency operational reviews and the brand and tactical planning process. * Partner with market research partners to appropriately plan for insights generations to support campaign development. * Maintain and contribute to a culture of marketing excellence to support the immediate launch needs, as well as planning for pipeline assets. * Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of marketing related experience. * Master's degree preferred with at least 8 years of marketing related experience. * Previous experience in a brand marketing role, either in-house or with a third-party vendor (patient/HCP marketing, email marketing, campaign development, budget/invoice management). * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments with strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to interact and present to various internal stakeholders. * Ability to successfully manage, synthesize and communicate complex information in an effective manner. * Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, explore options, and recommend solutions through strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. * Experience with change management working in a high growth environment preferred. * Rare disease experience (preferred, not required) Physical Demands and Work Environment: Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. Travel: You may be required to travel for up to 20% of your time. The Anticipated Base Salary Range: $111,000-$148,000 In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. We also provide top-notch health insurance plans for employees (and their families) to include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance, 20 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a winter company shutdown. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education.
