THE ROLE * LEAD RECRUITIUNG TEAM: ensure hiring goals and annual commitments are met by leading, managing and hold your team accountable. Reward and recognize excellent work. * RECRUITING STRATEGY: Create Recruiting Budget based off annual headcount needs. Annual strategy planning for how to obtain new talent and hit headcount goals across all markets. Proactively build the talent bench with recruiters and determine when outside vendors/agencies are needed. Full-life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, etc. * MANAGE ATS: Responsible for the overall Applicant Tracking System (ATS) along with reports, metrics to provide analytics to the leadership team to make business decisions. * PROMOTE OUR CULTURE: by recognizing those around you for living out our purpose, mission, and values. Then seeking those same values in prospective talent to continue to move our culture and organization forward. * OVERSEE THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: schedule prospective candidates with our managers at our 10 Midwest locations. Send candidate assessments and assist in determining who moves forward in the interview process. Send offer letters to candidates and answer all questions. Begin the background and hiring process. * LEAD PROACTIVE RECRUITMENT: find talent for open positions through a sales minded focus using recruiting tactics to engage passive talent. * OVERSEE EMPLOYMENT BRAND: Work with community and civic organizations to seek opportunities to promote employment with the company, including career fairs, campus events. THE SKILLS * MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry. * EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' experience leading a recruiting team as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role. Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in staffing or agency experience (Staffing Manager, Account Manager, Recruiter, Recruiting Talent Acquisition Lead). Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with all functions and levels of the organization. Knowledge of sales, marketing, and recruiting principles and practices. Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as HRIS systems, spreadsheets, database, and word processing software. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. * REQUIREMENTS: THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE and requires working at our office in Papillion, NE with easy access to 370 and I-80. Ability to meet the requirements of a felony / misdemeanor background check.
