Responsibilities * Assist with organizing events for the dealership throughout the metro area. * Work directly with our ad agency to create unique displays. * Assist with monthly marketing efforts. * Become knowledgeable about the vehicle lineup (training is provided) * Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Learn to dynamically problem solve and overcome objections as they arise. * Work throughout the company on various projects and events. * Assist within the store locations between events. * Direct report to the Marketing & Promotions Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. * Generate excitement and customer enthusiasm with your positive attitude each and every day. Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends * Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's. * Fantastic communication skills with others. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Reasonably acceptable driving record.
