Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervises the Warehouse Operations Technicians while working closely with guidance from Management. * Ensures Department Standards are being followed by Operations Technicians, with focus on proper Product Distribution, BirchStreet Requisitions and Fulfillment, Draft Beer Operations, and BirchStreet Ordering System Support Tasks. * Ability to write simple correspondence. * Ability to apply a common sense understanding on how to carry out detailed written or oral instruction while exhibiting versatility. * Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
