This is an in office position in Arlington, TX Title of Job: Resource Coordinator Status: Non-exempt Reports To: Director of Facilities Summary of Position: The Resource Coordinator is responsible for managing, allocating, and scheduling resources to ensure that projects or client needs are met efficiently and effectively. These resources may include personnel, equipment, facilities, or any other assets that are necessary for the completion of projects or the delivery of services. The Resource Coordinator should be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines under pressure, and possess a strong work ethic. Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions: * Determine necessary resources needed for projects or services to plan and schedule ensuring the availability of the best resources for optimal use. * Assign resources to projects based on factors such as budget, time constraints, scope/skills needed, and resource availability. * Communicate with teams and departments to ensure resources are used efficiently and projects are aligned with organizational goals. * Track the usage of resources and provide reports on resource utilization, issues or bottlenecks, and project progress. * Address conflicts or lack of resources and find effective solutions to ensure projects remain on track. * Maintain resource matrix tracking assets and personnel skills and availability. * Attend weekly calls to review resources, performance, and needs or requirements. * Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to excel at each duty outlined above and have the following knowledge, skills, ability and background. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to perform this job. * Commitment to a work schedule. * Experience with Microsoft Office suite. * Smart, analytical, creative and is able to deliver results quickly. * Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels. * Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills. * Extremely organized with strong attention to detail. * Able to work independently and as part of a team; work well under deadlines. Minimum Qualifications: * 18 years of age or older * Must be able to pass a drug test * Must be able to pass a background check Physical Demands: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
