What You Will Do: * Build and assemble de-icers: Follow templates and manufacturing instructions to construct quality products that meet industry standards. * Utilize various tools and instructions: Interpret work orders, non-conformance reports (NCR), and verbal feedback to ensure precise assembly. * Chemical application and product care: Apply chemicals safely during the build process and ensure parts are assembled with precision. * Product inspection and repair: Identify and correct any product inconsistencies during the assembly process. * Effective communication: Report production issues and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations. * Sample building and testing: Construct samples and deliver them to the lab for quality testing when required. * Product cleaning and safety compliance: Use solvents and cloths to clean products and manage hazardous waste according to safety protocols. * Documentation: Complete all required documents accurately in our computerized tracking system. * Performance-driven work: Contribute to plant goals by focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. * Maintain a clean work environment: Keep your workspace organized to support continuous process improvements. * Participate in improvement initiatives: Engage in efforts to enhance production processes and workflows. * Adapt and take on new challenges: Perform other tasks as needed to support team success. Qualifications We Require: * A minimum education requirement of High School Diploma or GED is required. * Have experience reading blueprints and specification sheets. * Proficient in using tools such as rollers and scissors. * Performs work in a safe manner and completes all required safety trainings. * Must have the ability to work any shifts and overtime including weekends.
