Our team will schedule you via our personalized app and build your schedule out on a weekly basis. Backup Care Nannying is where you will go to the homes of children from infants to teens and provide amazing care. Requirements: * Monday - Friday availability - able to start as early as 7 am and stay as late as 6 pm if needed (you will know your schedule ahead of time) * Able to work a minimum of 2 full days M-F * 2+ years of childcare experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your childcare experience * 3-4 Relevant professional childcare references * Stellar communication skills * An energetic happy flexible attitude * CPR Certification * Driver's License and car in most areas (NYC and SF it is not necessary) * Must be 18 years of age or older Pay: $20-22 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2. Daily bonuses, plus OT.
